THE DRAGON PART II:
We have arrived
After weeks of planning, websites, emails, We have arrived at the vaunted dragon
|
THE SOLDIERS ARE READY
Even if it took a wide angle lense to get the dawg |
|
the troops and reinforcements were eh ,ready?
Well, maybe not I think they are in the grill ordering cheese burgers |
|
Clear a spot boys, we're goin on the wall of fame
We came ,We saw,We conquered. Tom Terrific says whats the big deal, coming down Mt. Pisgah in the rain was more challenging than that. It was, but not as much fun. Pipe scraping, peg dragging, floorboard shaving, brake smoking, tire sliding fun. Just call us the dragon slayers. check out the ride pictures http://www.kilboy.com |

The way home
The dragon was a challenge,318 curves in 11 miles. But this little foothills parkway was a nice change as it easily meandered over the hills and dales for 30 or so smooth miles (except for the bull that wouldn't let Chrome by).between the Dragon and Gatlinburg,Tn. |
|
This is getting to be a habit
Chrome, Tom terrific, and Billy the kid should open up there own Harley store
|
|
This is one tired ole' dawg
757.3 miles and 30 hrs.later, this dawg is ready for the porch,but I would prefer a couch and a little a/c |
|
This is Bobby the man behind the camera
ROOKIE no more, he rode the rain, the dragon, and interstate 40. He is a dragon slayer |
