FEEDING THE MULTITUDE
At Blessed Hope's Fifteenth Anniversary, we fed the multitude
At our fifteenth anniversary, I NOW ENJOY a new appreciation for the miracle of Jesus feeding the 5000. There were 22 of us against over 1200 of them; kinda like the battle of little big horn. |

The Multitude
Our troops were armed and ready

The guys
It took three shots to get these mugs. The dawg was up to his olde pranks. |

The task at hand
Co-ordination was terrific and with the ladies help we conquered the foe.
HUNGER!!!!!!!!! |

AFTER A FLAMING START, CHROME THINKS HE'S GOOD.
WISH WE HAD GOTTEN A PICTURE OF THE FIRST BATCH! |
WE HAVE SEEN THE ENEMY AND THEY WON
Its over! The first onslaught has ended with minor casualties. The Dawg was holding his back and the Prez. was taking on water. Now we are reloading our sauces preparing for THE SECOND WAVE. |

The ladies running the show (well actually just running).
Behind the lines the ladies carried the food to the serving line. We commend them for there unfaltering service. |
The quiet before the storm.
And the storm was just down the hill! |

Table Master Coder
Here is one of our two way players; Mike hauled tables and help with the kids. Our own National gaurd member made us proud. |
Clyde's heart is still on his Harley.
Due to Lou Gehrigs disease Clyde White can't ride his TWO -WHEEL Harley anymore, so Debra got him a 4 wheel model. Keep riding Clyde, the highway to heaven is just ahead. |

The new search and rescue trailer
Special thanks to all our guys and gals. We cooked 500 lbs of barbeque, 800 quarters of chicken, 500 hotdogs, 30 gals of baked beans, 120 lbs of slaw, handed out 2000 drinks, over 1000 buns and rolls, 1200 packs of chips, along with 1000 little debbie cookies. All told we fed over 1500 people. The men and ladies of soldiers of the cross were true soldiers for the day. Outnumbered 50 to one we continued the fight until every person was served. Congratulations on your unwaivering committment to service! |
